Nice facility. Breakfast good by Italian standards. Egg dishes cost extra. Service in the restaurants is good. Big wine selection
Bed was hard. Access to the pool, and showering in the pool did not work. No bath towels available. Service by the pool was lousy. Service on the patio in the courtyard was sluggish. For drinks, go directly to the bar.

The environment is fantastic, the decor of the hotel very tasteful and comfortable. The breakfast very fine and very carefully prepared. The restaurant Damiano Nigro really deserves the Michelin Star! A culinary highlight!
-
Small but nice! Very nice hotel in a prime location in the middle of vineyards.
The breakfast buffet was functional but not really lush. Similarly, the breakfast room is a bit grim.
-
Very very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff! The restaurant is very good and absolutely top in the price-performance!
-
a very nice well-kept hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good, the restaurants in the hotel too. The spa area is extremely small, there is no wellness area at all
No wellness facilities

The location of the hotel is exceptional. A very courteous staff creates a feel-good atmosphere.
-
The room and bathroom was nice, clean .. The hotel has a very nice location in the quiet countryside
A group of tourists with beer bottles at the swimming pool, not necessarily what we were looking for. Accordingly, the rest was so-so, food was bad, mini portions and without side dishes – price-performance is not right.

We were there for wine. The staff (especially Sergio) was very knowkedgable and arranged tours we would never have found. The setting was spectacular. The breakfasts were very good.
The housekeeping was not up to par for a Small Luxury of the World Hotel. Also, we are gourmet travellers and none of the four of us thought the restaurant was up to the caliber of Michillen.
-
superb location and excellent spa.
hotel is still new and needs a small amount of refining.
-
We loved the facilities which were free of access ; we could jump in the swimming ppol, sauna, shower, turk bath without worries...
-
The location is perfect, the decoration very nice and staff at the reception very kind to help and give information. Buffet Breakfast is nice but without any changes during 4 days,
We were looking for a restaurant quite late (due to our young baby) and we asked the staff if it was possible (at 10pm) to dress a table for us in the gastronomic restaurant - the lady in charge of the restaurant did not even looked at us and said it was not possible... giving no consideration at all for in house clients.... You can find very very good restaurants around the hotel that may be less pretentious.

A gorgeous place! View from pool and alfresco dining area is lovely. Food was superb. Rooms were large, with all conveniences and quiet. Very child friendly. Will go again!

Our stay was a true delight. The hotel is very charming in a boutique style. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the bathrooms are spacious. The staff is extremely kind, especially at the restaurant and the bar. The patio and the garden are delightful. We would like to emphasize that the kitchen at the Michelin-Starred Restaurant is truly delicious.
The breakfast buffet is nice and generous but the breakfast room is not extremely cozy. The spa and fitness center are nice too but too small for wellness addicts.
-
Excellent staff, beautiful setting and great food. Relax by the pool. This was our second stay and third visit to the restaurant. If you don't like this then you're hard to please.
-
Very pleasant modern furnished room with beautiful views. The location is quiet. We were there the first night they opened so all the pool furniture was not out nor the pool open. The restaurant is truly worthy of its star.
no dressing gowns, although they offered slippers!
